This site is operated by Kaitomi, a sole proprietorship based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By using it, including the live "Talk to our receptionist" demo, you agree to these terms.

The live demo

The demo on this site lets you talk to an AI receptionist built on Retell AI's voice platform. It's provided for demonstration purposes. It's a working example of what we build for clients, not a support line for Kaitomi itself. See our Privacy Policy for how audio from the demo is handled.

The Kaitomi Concierge service

If you engage us to build Kaitomi Concierge for your business, that engagement is governed by the agreement you sign with us, not by these website terms. These terms cover use of this marketing site only.

No warranty

This site and its demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
